I'm going to turn this blog into an art archive, and change the URL to something that's easier to remember.

I guess it's time to let go of Cynical Idealistic Eyes. Twas good in the last three years when it was the name for two blogs, but times change.

Actually, this blog's function will stay more or less the same - to display my art just because because, no matter the quality. Just that I'll probably post on it more.

No lineart available, because I initially tried to do this picture as marker art, and ended up getting the wrong shades of grey on the face. Therefore, the original piece looks like the guy has a serious case of sunburn. Not cool at all.

Blotches were removed digitally and then coloured digitally too.

Edit: I managed to find a scan of the lineart before I ruined it with marker pens. It's uncleaned though, and therefore not as crisp.

Hehe, I still have it!

I opened MS Paint to see if I could draw with my mouse, and actually surprised myself at the amount of control and coordination I actually had. Whee~

This following pictures are my random sketches, all done within a few minutes. Couldn't be bothered to do more detailed pixel art.

The following picture was done four years ago, and took much more effort. The eyes are slanted though, and not in line with each other. But, still am quite proud of it. Never took the effort to do more.
